The Library Board meets the 4th Monday of every month, except August, at 7:30 PM. The Library Board is appointed by the Marple Township Commissioners as provided for in the Library Code of the State of Pennsylvania.
Our Mission:
The mission of the Marple Public Library is to provide a wide range of timely materials and services to enrich the lives of the Marple community.
Special emphasis is placed on:
-Meeting the demands for books and materials in a variety of formats
-Fostering enjoyment of reading and lifelong learning by children and adults
-Answering personal, education, and work-related needs for reference information
-Keeping abreast of advancing technology
